7. Discuss participation by the City Council in National Night Out on October 1, 2024. (Presenter: Mayor Dusty Kuykendall)

8. To discuss and vote on the creation of a ‘Citizens Water Allocation and Regulatory Review Panel’ for the City of Lucas (Presenter: Councilmember Lawrence).

9. Discuss amending the Country Christmas budget from $15,000 to $25,000. (Presenter: Development Services Director Joe Hilbourn)

11. Reconvene from Executive Session and take any action necessary as a result of Executive Session.
