7. Consider the following items as it relates to the Water System Improvements: Estates Waterline Replacement and Water Line Loop at North Pump Station project: A. B. C. Appropriate $584,757 from Unrestricted Water Fund Reserves to Account FY 24- 25 budget Account 21-8210-490.137 (Estates/N Pump W Line Improv). Award the bid and authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement with S-Co, Incorporated, for the construction of the Water System Improvements: Estates Waterline Replacement and Water Line Loop at North Pump Station project in an amount not to exceed $531,597. Encumber a 10% contingency totaling $53,160 to be reserved by the city to cover any unforeseen project expenses. (Presenter: Development Services Director Joe Hilbourn)
